People’s NYC – Greenwich Village, NY
Great Hands Hospitality led the operational and conceptual development of People’s NYC, a cocktail-forward bar and cultural venue in a historic West Village townhouse. Our team was embedded from inception through launch, supporting every layer of the project. We guided concept development and brand identity, facilitated design coordination, and oversaw business infrastructure setup including HR, insurance, payroll, and vendor systems. We managed the critical path and opening budget, led POS selection and buildout, and developed all service and operations systems from scratch.
We designed a comprehensive beverage program, created SOPs for bar and front-of-house operations, and sourced all OS&E. Our scope included private events programming, opening training and culture-building, and detailed opening logistics. Post-launch, we remained embedded to ensure continuity, standards adherence, and long-term team success. The Foundry – Hartford, CT
Great Hands Hospitality served as long-term strategic partners in the launch and operations of The Foundry, a landmark restaurant atop One State Street.
